HLA was asked to reimagine a preexisting conference room for a client seeking a more collaborative, flexible, and technologically supported space for their office. We leveraged our knowledge of modular and multifunctional furniture systems to design a reconfigurable space. Our functional approach has transformed the space into an area that can used for large, formal conferences or smaller, more intimate meetings involving individuals that are both in person and virtual. Careful selection of colors and patterns symbolize the client’s field of work to allow the space to feel more familiar and comfortable.
