HLA worked with longtime partner, L.S. Fiore to redefine their office space. The building had previously undergone multiple small renovations over the years, causing an awkward flow and confusing layout. The intention of this project was centred on the development of seamless navigation through their new and expanded spaces. HLA successfully reworked the floor plan to improve overall navigation and introduced modern branding elements. A cohesive overall aesthetic was achieved, tying the office spaces together beautifully.
